Our auction hosts a variety of livestock including: equine, orphan calves, bred cows, bulls and jr bulls, cow/calf pairs, steers, heifers.

Farmers come in all sizes with the keenest eye,

the largest heart, and the strongest back.

The farmer's eyes see the crack of dawn and the first stars that come out at night. 

He sees in his mind's eye the harvesting before the planting even begins. He sees rain before a cloud appears. His eyes are everywhere, yet they hold the largest smile that covers many acres yet remain where they began. A farmer's heart shows kindness, understanding, compassion and tolerance to all creatures. He has the patience of a saint. A farmer's back carries many burdens.

"Congratulations to Zip’s Restaurant of Magee as winner of the Mississippi’s Best Burger Contest. The contest was sponsored by Mississippi’s 15,000 cattle producers, the Mississippi Beef Council and the Mississippi Cattlemen’s Association.
105 restaurants were nominated by beef lovers across the state and the Zip Burger was selected by popular vote and expert judges.
Making the presentation to the Windham family is Joe Johnson, President of the Mississippi Beef Council."
